How long does it take to get my order?

I have my tracking #, but my package isn't delivered. What should I do?

Can I Cancel my Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order 24 hours after placing it. Because we fulfill orders every 24 hours (except priority fulfillment orders which are fulfilled immediately), you cannot cancel orders after 24 hours. Once the order is fulfilled or shipped, you cannot cancel your order. To cancel your order you must contact us with your instructions using the form. Please include the order number, email address, shipping name and address of the order. Please use subject line: [CANCEL ORDER] Order #, shipping name & address. 

How long does a response take?

We guarantee to respond within 24 hours. We value you as a customer and want 100% customer satisfaction!

Where's My Order?

You should receive a tracking number in 2-6 days after you submit your order. Some carriers provide tracking numbers after the package has already left the shipping warehouse. Once we receive it, you will be updated via email. Logging into your account by clicking here will give you the most up-to-date order status.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase sometimes will be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
