What if I want to cancel an order?

All order cancellations must occur 24 hours after the initial purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are fulfilled or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If over 24 hours has passed, you are no longer eligible to cancel the order.

Please check with our carriers to determine the tracking status of your order.
Sometimes the carrier will make a mistake and not deliver the package or have a tough time finding your address. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and provide the tracking number. Once the tracking number is provided, you must open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for invalid/incomplete address. If you are experiencing delivery problems with your package, please contact the carrier directly and provide them your tracking number.

How long does it take to get my order?
It can be delivered in up to 12-30 days, but sometimes it may take less time. Because we have a direct relationship with our manufacturers to provide you the best quality and prices, shipping time may be longer than normal.
Can I take a shower with my Jewelry items?
Absolutely NOT. No matter if it is made by silver or alloy, you should NOT take a shower with your jewelry. This is true for all jewelry.
If I’ve paid for shipping and return my item, do I receive a refund on the shipping fee?
No, the shipping fee is non refundable. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the initial purchase date.
Where are my items coming from?
Although our fulfillment house is located in the United States, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, China and United Kingdom.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase sometimes will be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Can I cancel my order after I have already made it?
Yes, you can in the first 24 hours after you have made it. After the product is fulfilled per our shipping policy, we cannot accept cancellations. Because we fulfill orders every 24 hours (except priority fulfillment orders which are fulfilled immediately), you cannot cancel orders after 24 hours. Once the order is fulfilled or shipped, you cannot cancel your order. To cancel your order you must contact us using our form with your instructions using the form. Please include the order number, email address, shipping name and address of the order.

Do you ship in Saturday and Sundays?
Our shipping provider only ships during regular business hours. So there might be 2 day delay of your orders if you make them on Saturday or Sunday.
Do you answer your support emails every day?
We are available M-F 10:00AM-5:00PM MST.
What is your return policy?
- You may return or exchange any merchandise for up to 30 days after the delivery date.
- Returns made after 30 days of the delivery date will be refunded via an emailed store credit. We can only accept returns for store credit for up to 90 days after the delivery date.
- Please note that all items must be unwashed, unworn and otherwise unused. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange. We are also unable to accept items for return or exchange that have any strong lingering odors.
- Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.
- Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, even within the 30 day period.
- Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
Returns that show any type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
I received an incorrect item. What should I do?
If you received an incorrect item please contact us and we will help you. Please attach some photos of the wrong item in your email using our built in form.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
If you’ve received damaged or defective product, please contact us and we will help you. Keep in mind that damaged or defective products can only be exchanged for up to 30 days after the delivery date.
