CANCELLATIONS

All order cancellations must occur 24 hours after the initial purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are fulfilled or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Turn Around Time

All orders are shipped to the shipping provider within 24-48 hours, all working
days 8am – 6pm. And the provider usually needs up to 2 weeks to deliver your items to your front door.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers, but we will keep in touch with the shipping provider if a problem occurs.

Late Delivery

Sometimes an order may take more than 2 weeks for delivery due to many factors which don’t depend on us. But if you don’t receive your order in 30 days, you can always ask for refund. And because we want to make you happy, we will do our best to help you.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Missed Shipment/Damaged/Loss

Sometimes the carrier will mess up and not deliver the package or have a tough time finding your address. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and provide the tracking number. Once the tracking number is provided, you must open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Ripe Thought is not responsible for invalid addresses, mis-deliveries, missing items, inaccurate address, or shipments returned to sender. All shipments returned will be attempted to be reshipped once we have accurate address information. It is the customer’s responsibility to update their address with our customer service team by contacting us. We will attempt to email the customer and request an updated address. Error in delivery or quantity items do not qualify for a return until the customer contacts Ripe Thought directly to resolve the matter. By opening a claim or dispute, the customer immediately forfeits their order and must return the merchandise to Ripe Thought.
